- Amy Weber Amy Weber Info This Diva has really made a name for herself! Amy has really made her presence known, with appearances on some of televsion's most popular series like Melrose Place and Baywatch, as well as theatrical releases, such as the David Spade vehicle, The Adventures Of Joe Dirt. Born in Peoria, Illinois, Amy was raised in small town just outside Peoria called Mapleton. By the time High School came around, Amy's family had moved to Ocala, Florida. There, Amy exceled as an athlete. She was not only varsity track and a cross country athlete, but a cheerleader to boot! Those accomplishments would be enough to make anyone proud, but Amy didn't stop there. Showing, she she could get the job done, with not only athleticism and looks, but intelligence as well, Amy was a foreign exchange student in Canada for part of her junior year. She was also active with the student body, as well as in speech and debate class. This led her to attend college as a psychology major at the University of Central Florida. However, Amy grew restless and decided to quit school, move to Los Angeles, and become an actress. Obvioulsy a person the caliber of Amy, does not go unnoticed, and she was discovered, soon after her arrival. Amy immediately landed her numerous print ads and television commercials including work for the Miller Brewing Co. and Nestea. Amy then made the move to the small screen. She appeared in projects such as Getaway and 18 Wheels Of Justice for UPN, and has since graced many of televison's most well known shows.
